Willard Tactical Fleet - Liberty's Last Line of Defense

Background:
The Willard Tactical Fleet are the latest addition to the myriad of Liberty Navy Units already serving the Republic.
The aim of it is to serve as a beacon of leadership among secondary fleet captains, a group that independent players can aspire to!
Born out of the recent events in California and the dismal performance from the coordinated efforts of the Liberty Navy to counter the GRN. Members of the now WTF felt that they could do it better.
A group not based on the traditional tactics of a house military but utilizing new tactics and rules of engagement. Guerilla Warfare and Surgical Strikes will be the main stay.
We have chosen Willard Research Station as our base of operations as it will serve as a platform to test run new technologies the Liberty Navy can make use of. As well as serving as a forward outpost for operations against Gallia.
Secretly members of the WTF do not trust the other navy fleets due to the poor handling of the California Defense and the countless loss of lives that came from it. Where sound council was ignored during the run up to many of the raids from experienced captains that were on hand. Quite simply the WTF dont want to put their lives in danger and have instead sought to take control of their own destiny.
