RP loadout for a GC pirate - Derkylos - 11-28-2008
I'm thinking of making a GC pirate (felt like running a Kusari unlawful, and am quite intrigued by the GC (who dosn't love the cardi-addicted, dancing ladies)).
So, I wanted some opinions on an appropriate bomber-type ship to fly in. Would it still be in RP to get a Cat or Red Cat? I know people don't like to see them running around a lot, as they are (supposedly) pretty uber. However, I'm not too keen on the pregnant eagle, and would prefer something with more...style (NB: suggested ships must be bomber-class).

Until 4.85, you've got either the Preagle or maybe the Falcata. Weapons would be either Suncannons, Daitos, Krakens, Civilian weapons or Codies. SN and Cruise disruptor if you're going to Pirate a lot.
Redcat.... no. Redcats are only really for the playerfactions, and even then they're only limited in supply. Do not use the Redcat or Blood Dragon. Use the Eagle or Preagle. Or just wait and see what we get for 4.85
And do remember that angry druggie feminist teenage kusari women are pure unbiased win, and the most adorable faction on the server after the Keepers and the Consortium. Also, the Watsas demands obligatory hugs from all GC personell for security reasons. Hugs are the only way of knowing if you're a real GC or a spy... :ylove:

It's not against any rules for an indie GC to fly a Red Cat. I've even met a Freelancer flying a Red Cat. There'd be no sanction coming, and most people wouldn't even look at you askance.
Arranmore is one of like three places in Sirius to sell the SNAC. I don't know how the Mollys get it when no one else can.
