Greetings fellow guild members.
This is a really bad day for the hunters, the cost of all capital ship is growing with no sense. It's time to cut it off.
My purpose is one of the most simple.
The Search and Destroy agency, one of the biggest part of the guild, may take control of all capital ship.
Here are joined my purpose of laws. They are not to apply now, it is only on purpose.

I am addressing the bounty hunter, who has designated himself as "Chimera".
To my knowledge, the "capital ship problem" that you allude to, will be take care in the very near future.
All capital ship commanders will be issued orders to patrol the outer rim of House Space - the Omicrons, Omegas and the Sigmas.
All capital ship commanders will be required to join the Bounty Hunter Guard, tasked with appropriating Nomad technology and protecting Guild interests in the outer rim.
All capital ships larger than a gunboat will be restricted to areas of Bounty Hunter Guard interests, i.e. the beforementioned systems.
I am unaware of S/D's plans, if any, for creating their own ship registry. There is currently a universal registry which lists the names and ships of both independent operators as well as those of the factions.
I undestand that S/D is a part of the Guild, not the Guild itself. Therefore, I do not believe that they will be restricting capital ship commissions for commanders outside of the S/D. Such an action would be counterproductive in the long run. The Guild has enough enemies out there in the black without waging an intercine war amongst ourselves.
On a side note, the Guild does not field a cruiser. A destroyer, yes.

I made here my purpose as a simple guild member. I am not in any case a member of the S/D Agency but they are the one I respect the most for their work !
The DarkWing may also give their word here. I may add them into my purpose. I forgot them right at the time I wrote it.
What I was thinking to moderate the gunboat and gunship class as well but too much work with the freelancers and mercenaries will come and I supposed it was better to let them do as they wanted to do.
The problem is most of commanders they call them hunters do not respects our own conviction, I mean here, work for money and with honor.

Commander Elonen is correct on a few points. The Guild's charter is being re-drawn. The new structure should weed out a lot of the private groups that have irritated the authorities so much.
We are a bloody security company, not some pen-pushers.
