4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?

Enma is currently playing a role of the agent of Nomad influence on Malta. I want to fully reflect the specific of this character, sadly both Outcast and Wild ID are not providing an opportunity to act naturally in-game. This particular ID will allow to play the role of the spy and diplomat as it meant to be.

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?

Short-term goals:

To improve self position on Malta and gain more influence.

Long-term goals:

Keep spying on Maltese politicians, military leaders and other influential people.
Cope potentially dangerous/undesirable trends that might grow up in Maltese society.
Working outside of Malta with allied and neutral parties to promote the common Outcast and Nomad interests.
