hi everyone, it's me, a newb, with a question. you don't see that a lot, eh? well, here's the deal. i installed freelancer, i installed FLMM, i installed Discovery, and everything worked perfectly. But when i try to connect to the server, the version is marked red and i can't connect. Thing is, i DID download the version 4.80 of Discovery, so wtf??

This is my advice to almost everyone w/ problems:
Reinstall the whole game, without using the reinstall, but removing, and installing.
Redownload Discovery 4.80 final (not beta 1 or 2).
Reinstall FLMM
If that doesn't help, I don't know. Things happen to me like this, and I'm not to gifted with computers, but the above helps 80 percent of the time.

If you don't have version 4.80 displaying, then you didn't activate the mod correctly. And if your version is correct... then this problem couldn't occur, the mod is not to blame here.

damn... i had to uninstall and reinstal everything TWICE in order to make it work..... who knows what went wrong the first two times..... thanks everyone! :D
