Olivier was discovered fleeing from Gallian authorities heading through Lyonnais to Rishiri before crash landing his ship in the docking bay of Yokohama shipyard in New Tokyo. Evidently Olivier was being chased by Gallian Police forces and his ship sustained a lot of damage before his ship failed on him in New Tokyo. After Olivier climbed out of the wreck of his ship i was docked at this station getting a work up on the electronic control systems and was sat in the refectory when i saw this wrecked ship land, even felt it. After a few minutes Olivier wondered into this stations refectory and collapsed into a heap.
This pilot who was clearly in shock, no visible signs of injuries, the medical team did a quick check up on the spot and then left the area when all was clear. I woke Olivier up from his sleep and told him to come and sit down next to me. He understood a little basic language but his accent was very thick, it was almost hard to understand Olivier. But after some chatting about how this happened, i confirmed this with the guild.
It turns out that Olivier fled from Gallia because he was being set up for a crime he did not commit and the Gallian law enforcement want him back, badly. It turns out that the crime he "Apparently" committed was the assassination of his mother and brother 5 years ago. However our sources tell us that the Law Enforcement were in fact behind that assassination and they are attempting to pin it on Olivier.
After learning about what was going on i saw several Gallian warships and fighter wings parked up in Kusari space quite suddenly as the Station went on alert. Luckily there were a few Kusari state police pilots and a naval forces pilot in the refectory as i talked with them before launching into space. There was a small ship with some weapons that was on offer, i decided to buy the ship from the dealer quickly and told Olivier to get into it and take off and i would explain more in space.
As everyone came out to defend the station, there was a stand off as the Gallian navy demanded the return of a national who had escaped their custody. The Station commander rightfully told him that he had no authority in this area of space to demand anything and then demanded these ships leave Kusari space immediately. I was contacted during this stand off by fellow hunters nearby that they were coming to support the Kusari forces and myself as i also received a communication from a Kusari police pilot that reinforcements are incoming. However this stand off did not last long as the Gallian fleet leader lost patience and started attacking.
At this point during the fight i saw Olivier pulling off moves that only someone who had experience could pull off so he must of been trained quite well in Gallia, about 10 minutes into the fighting and i had lost two fellow hunters, the Kusari only had one police pilot left and the naval pilot had ejected from his half destroyed fighter. Luckily i managed to save a fellow hunter and this naval forces pilot. The shipyard was being hammered and finally the Kusari Naval forces supported by a large amount of police fighters from one trade lane had arrived, on the other side were a few more fighters belonging to Samura, Kashiro and a number of hunters with a hunters gunboat.
With this many reinforcements, the Kusari naval forces captain ordered the Gallia forces to stop firing and stand down, this was met by static. Several Gallian warships were crippled and their fighter wings were all but destroyed with their ejected pilots in space. Finally the ships stopped firing and during this tense stand off i managed to communicate with Olivier and told him how impressed i was with his flying skills. He mentioned that he wants to get away from this carnage as soon as possible.
The Gallian police fleet stood down and were told to leave Kusari space and that they would be escorted back through Rishiri to the Lyonnais gate. The fighting was over but the shipyard was wrecked while whole the area was turned into a small debris field of metal. After concluding my duties during the fighting, the hunters and naval forces escorted the Gallian forces out of the area. Meanwhile Search and Rescue teams arrived to clean up the area, i ejected the hunter and naval forces pilot so they can be picked up by SAR. At this point i decided to offer Olivier the chance to head into Liberty space.
While talking with Olivier during the journey i discovered he left his family back there including a 2 year old son and his wife. I have a family of my own, 3 daughters and i miss them each time i do my duty as a hunter so i can only imagine how hard it is for Olivier to be separated from his family like this. We stopped off at Deshima station in Shikoku for a few hours as i gave my complete report to the station commander. After this i took Olivier to Colorado to live on Denver so he can start to piece together events. Just after i left him back there i contacted the hunters and offered a reward for any hunter who can bring Olivier's wife and young son out of Gallia and i would pick them up at New Tokyo.
After a couple of weeks and the Gallian government had arrested the entire Gardeau family on charges of treason and aiding a fugitive of justice. My fellow hunters ambushed the transport and the heavy escort, they managed to board the transport quickly as the escort were destroyed, the pilots were killed. The Transport made it to the Otaru border station in Hokkaido, from there they were shuttled to New Tokyo where i gave the reward to the hunters and took Olivier's family to him on Denver. Understandably when the doors opened Olivier was in tears, so happy he was to finally be with his entire family. Unfortunately we could not rescue the Gardeau grandparents or the rest of the extended family.
My sources confirmed to me a few days later that the rest of the Gardeau family have been executed for false crimes against the state, this has apparently infuriated the Gallian Brigands, The Council and The Maquis. Already the brigands have attacked and destroyed several Royal Navy patrols including a gunboat while the Maquis are inciting riots on several worlds and the Council has already sent out feelers to the rest of the Sirius sector imploring them to officially condemn the action while at the same time a Council battleship, Cambrai has defeated a large group of Royal navy fighters and bombers that were sent to Champagne deliberately in the confusion in an attempt to steal control away from the Council.
Not long after reuniting with his family , Olivier feels he owes the bounty hunters and offers his services to us. I have already contacted the station commander at Deshima Station in Shikoku to prepare for a new recruit to the hunters guild. After a month of contracts and deals being put into place, i have requested that Olivier head to Erie in Pennsylvania to meet me where i will officially initiate him into the guild, however he won't officially become a guild member until he has proven himself first as a freelancer. The Hunters guild are unwilling to take on a raw recruit without first finding out how good he is.
I am now ready to close this report as several months after becoming a freelancer, Olivier has now become a member of the hunters guild as the Hunters were suitably impressed with his skills. Last reports suggest he was building relations with the Bretonians and the Libertonians. Olivier who is now call signed as Macet, if i should meet him again in Kusari space, i wouldn't mind swapping stories once again.

Notes:
Registration is completed for service into the Bounty Hunters Guild for Macet who has shown to be very happy with this outcome. After reading up about his extended family and grand parents being murdered by the Gallian Government thanks to Hunter Fukami's report, it is now the right time to find out how far Macet can go. Although Hunter Fukami has buttered up the report as is expected from her, i do think there are some signs of truthfulness in the report.
During the first few weeks of Macet's journey as a freelancer, he has completed several bounty missions straight away, but then he disappeared into the Badlands in New York for a short while before reappearing with a small army of Rogues chasing him, evidently Macet found some wrecks and looted them in the area which the Rogues were none to happy about. after dealing on 6 vs. 1 and coming out ahead which is typical of good pilots on bounty missions, but is also typical of pirates just how sloppy their poor training is.
Macet returned to Manhattan and offloaded a hold full of rogue pilots who we picked up immediately due to an agreement with the Liberty Police, this scored a number of good points with the Bounty Hunters Guild and the Liberty law enforcement, however our standing at the time was not the greatest.
A few weeks later on after dealing with a number of bounty missions, we felt it was time to accept the contract and contacted Macet to head to Manchester and land on our base over there, i contacted Station Commander Liam Sheddan and mentioned the agreement made, from there on i read from the report, Macet got a Hunters uniform, ID and a Hunters very heavy fighter and armed accordingly.
Within a week after becoming a Hunter, Macet has cleared a number of jobs and cemented a clean reputation in Bretonia and Liberty, my latest report from Macet suggests he is trying hard to get the Liberty Navy Guard to look more favorably on Macet and then deal with Kusari Space and their guard. I would only be too happy to let Hunter Fukami know that her recruit maybe heading towards Kusari Space and likely to Deshima Station.
In the meantime Macet has also cleared his first hard target kill in orbit of Manhattan, despite not being paid for it, it was a very useful experience to have for an aspiring Hunter, however the gun camera footage shown suggests that Macet needs more training in ship to ship combat. I have requested that Macet attend a Liberty Law Enforcement training program that would improve his ship to ship combat performance, it will take a while to complete and become qualified to Bounty Hunters standards.

Heading: Exploring the deadly Nomad Systems
Description:
Well here i am back on the nearest safe location from the Nomads on a hospital bed recovering, i can't say i was not impressed by the Nomads. At first i wanted to scavenge for the highly valuable and rumored CODENAME weapons out in the neutral systems, the Omegas between Bretonia and Rhineland for example, but my curiosity got the best of me and after encountering and shooting down my first Nomads, they are more deadly than the usual opponents i face, their attack profile is more aggressive as is their need to protect their space, in hindsight i should of stayed out and accepted the warning when i was in Omicron Delta but after the Order chased me into a dense cloud i discovered a jump node, the HUD ID reads: "Omicron Minor", with little choice, i decided to take up the option and headed into this barely explored system, most of what i heard are from 3rd hand reports and rumors, but those rumors don't do it justice!
After being chased again by the Order, i found myself outside an asteroid field and some kind of ancient space gate, since the order had shared some of their findings of what little they know of this sector to others during the Nomad war 24 years ago, i headed through this gate and what i saw on the other side was.. beauty and wonder, deadly and terrifying at the same time. I Loved going through that system avoid Nomad cruisers, gunboats and their fighter variants, having traveled down one of their lanes, i discovered that they are a uni-directional technology, marvelous technology, ships can travel through the lane from both sides, after almost getting caught in a Nomad ambush, i was forced into another dense cloud, and what i saw in there was incredible. A Massive city with what looks like a jump hole above it and a shipyard with a half constructed nomad next to it in what appears to be a sort of shipyard attachment, my HUD ID clearly identified power nodes on this massive nomad station made up of lot's of individual segments with small connections to each and what look like energy projectors and gravity tethers.
After sitting about 5k away from the station, scanning it and being in awe of how advanced the Nomads are compared to Humans, i decided to move on and by the time i left the cloud, the Nomads had found me again, after chasing me half way across the sector i found another jump hole and with no choice, i went through, as soon as i made it through i was ambushed and immediately chased into a cloud and after dodging several Nomad battleships and countless fighters i discovered another massive installation, like the previous one but only a lot more bigger and a lot more energy and gravity tethers, at one point i almost bumped into a nomad energy shield that was hiding some sort of station, my ship scanner was going crazy with life sign readings from every direction, most of which came from the station in the energy shield, i can only assume it was some sort of "city". I was again forced out of the area and finally made it out the cloud which i thought would go on forever, my scanners located a jump node. I took it and came out the other side, with one Nomad fighter on patrol, i destroyed it before 6 more fighters came after me, i fled the area and was being chased by a few Nomads each time, but more than a match for me.
In the distance i observed another jump hole and decided to try get out of this area of space while i could with the information i had gathered to disprove the rumors, the end of my journey had came, the Nomads were waiting for me back in Omicron Delta, they had 20 fighters, 3 gunboats and a cruiser, i didn't stand a chance of escape, i decided to eject from my manta and immediately power down my life support systems for a few minutes on my escape pod. The Nomads immediately scoured the area for me, after seeing my heavily damaged fighter nearby, the Nomads left it alone before broadcasting some sort of energy beam at it and them leaving the immediate area. i switched the life support systems back on when i started getting dizzy due to a lack of oxygen. I could see several order ships in the area, but somehow they didn't pick me up on scanners. After a few hours of floating in space, a ship finally picked up my signal and found me.
I got out of my pod when the cargo hold was secured and pressurized, turns out to be some group called "The Core" who rescued me, the pilot let me know that The Core are what the order should of been and The Core are strictly a lawful group but i got the impression that was not entirely true, after dealing with criminals, i got an insight how the Human mind works and i know when someone is not being honest with me. This pilot said he would drop me off, in all that fighting i had not noticed a serious injury on my body at that point before the pilot pointed it out. Good thing the ship i was towed on was a freighter and the remains of my fighter was also in the hold as well. The pilot let me go to the ship, i attempted to boot up the systems without any luck, after running a few diagnostic scans, i determined that the Nomads had fried the whole computer core to a crisp.
After a few days of travel, i had completed a few essential repairs to the Manta, however without a proper equipment dealer to help me out, this ship is likely to be sold as spare parts in it's current condition. The Pilot found me at the Manta which had been on it's side for those few days, he told me that he is coming to dock with a Zoners station to offload my fighter and myself and he will pay for the costs. I asked him why and his response is that anyone who can fly into Nomad systems, come out the other side and survive to tell the tale, is worth a lot of respect. Turns out the Zoners base i was heading to is in orbit of a dead star surrounded by a massive debris field and a minefield. The Core pilot informed me that i was not far from Rhineland space, but i knew this as my last stop in Rhineland space was Planet Baden Baden. He wished me luck after ejecting my ship into a docking bay.
Before i could do anything i feinted due to blood loss from that wound, the freighter only had limited medical facilities and drugs. So here i am on this bed, writing this log. I am expected to leave the bed in a few days from now after being stuck in this room for weeks, i can't wait to return back to hunting duties.
Glory to my missing family members, may they be remembered forever.
