hello,
i'm french, i(m sorry if i speak bad english.
in this mod, the "tractor beam" (for recup items in space) is not accessible or is accessible on 2 or 3 ships?
i'm new on the server, i changed for 3 ships at search of "tractor beam" but i don't find them, help me please

The ID cards have replaced the tractor beam.
To start off with you should have/be using the freelancer ID.

In otherwords the following Items are Tractor Beams:
"Freelancer ID"
"FactionName ID"
"Nuetral ID"
What they did was make it required to have an ID
If you dont want an ID, you dont get a tractor beam.

Double check that the item is equipped
Double Check your keybind for tractor beam in options
If you do have an ID equipped and your still having problems and the key is the one your pressing (I'm assuming you haven't changed it at all) then I unfortunately do not know how to help you beyond that.
Could be any of the following:
Cargo out of range
Cargo bay full
Cargo items would take more space than you have

No problem, you can buy a Freelancer ID for 500 credits on Manhattan NY

yes but buy a freelancer ID force me to join Freelancer Faction but i don't want join a faction for the moment.
where i can buy a Neutral ID and what his price ?

at left panel (here) it's write 'starflier pilot" but i've sell my start ship (starflyer) since longtime , it's normal is write this?

Ok, you HAVE to have the freelancer ID.
Because until you reach level 35 you cannot join a player faction.
The ID cards have replaced the tractor beam, you cannot buy a tractor beam anywhere.
If you don't have a faction ID, in your case the freelancer ID, you can be banned.
The neutral ID is for players over level 36 who don't want to join a faction and is only sold on manhattan.
The starflier pilot is your forum rank.
