In the recent past we have used events to bring attention to diplomacy changes between major powers. This happened with the Refugees - Delegates route between Rheinland and Liberty and this weekend we will have a similar, albeit much-much shorter event to get people acclimated with the recent diplomacy changes between the Nation of Malta (Outcasts) and the Kingdom of Bretonia.

While the event is mostly intended for this purposes, it will also provide traffic and activity within the Bretonia-Gallia-Kusari junction and will be beneficial for any faction operating in the area. That and, you know, money.
