I noticed that in new version Xeno GB guns added, but why? Xenos cant use Gunboats ( ID say) so that guns for freelancers or Hellfire legion or something?

Does it really matter? I fly a Civilian Eagle, I find a wreck gun, mount it, now I'm cut back to 75% for incompatiple hardware! Why are wreck guns Incompatable? Way too many rules and regs, I guess the only ones that know are the ones that make the rules!

Ah the old Lelantos, we had this trouble before, you can easily check on rules and tech comp rosters you know? If you don't feel comfortable the way it is going then don't play.

The rules are simply neccessary. If you can't read them, you usually learn them the hard way.
There are many, many other players that actually manage to learn the rules. Not only the rulers.

The ID has yet to be modified with the line specifying gunboats. Be patient.

These are intended for the XA- SRP gunboat, just as the GMG cannot use battleships but have battleship guns for their SRP Bismarck.

I can confirm. There is no active vote for Xenos being given access to gunboats as of at this moment. It is, however, very possible that it might change in the future however.
If such an occasion happens, it will be very nice to already have existing factionalized weapon types ingame, rather than wait for the next update to add them. Thus - Xeno GB turrets.
