Alright then!
Thank you for tuning into our transmission. Needless to say, we are still very much glad for your little contributions. Today we have reached another milestone, so here - have another little titbit from the old archives.

So, have you heard the tale of the Santa Rosa depot? Well, sure you haven't. It seems as though many forgot about its existence, actually. You see, the Santa Rosa depot was (and still is) a small research station located in the deep Omicrons, set up near one of the more stable anomalies in order to study it. Why does nobody remember about it? Well, you see, simply put, the Omicrons were a right mess around that time, ya know. There was stuff going on, so the fact that one of their regular transports never returned from a supply trip was seen as something...well, you know. Normal.

Actually, the tale ends in a rather dark manner, because as it seems the station was visited by a hostile ship, no doubt one of the local thugs wanting to extort some protection money. But as fate would have it, soemone else was rather upset about the existence of that depot and that was the exact moment when its activities would be put to an end.

Anyway, the station is rather beat up, but I am sure that since it is so far off the map-charts - it should still hold something of value for the average scrapper. The Omicrons, however, aren't the most friendliest of places, so you better bring friends.

There you have it, boys and girls. Straight from the files.
Stay tuned for the next issue for NeuralLeaks.
~ Dan Prosper.

THE LOCATION OF THE BASE WILL BE REVEALED LATER TODAY AT 17:00 UTC

ok but what is this event about?
what do we have to do exactly?

I'll bring a team that can get caught in the middle.
Reason will be: Relief shipment for Delta Freeport

I'm also curious to know what to do when you find Santa Rosa depot.

Sounds like something on-board that could be claimed and sold for value. It also sounds "beat up" which, if the Kusari-based Base Mini Event means anything, it will be / can be destroyed, so it's temporary.

We'll find out.

Oh, you will find something interesting onboard alright. But you better be ready to shoot your way there.

I smell 'Duks and Ish'Tars waiting for them, as well as a Combat-regulated commodity.

RE: [Mini-Event] - Neuralnet Leaks: Rosa Maria Research Station - sindroms - 11-01-2016

I doubt it will gather enough people to make Ish'Tar a valid, but the item onboard is quite unique.

Just to clarify for everyone's sake.

With specific faction ID's, some do not allow defending allied ships or neutral ships outside of there ZOI, but also does not permit engaging outside of ZOI, with ID's such as this, will this event change the rules to allow them to engage in self defense of allied/neutral ships or allow them to engage a hostile ship whom is hauling these "Goods" ???
