HMS-Thames RP Feedback and Information - Snoflek - 11-15-2016 Edit: Thank You, Sincerely, Those who have donated. The HMS-Thames is now flying actively, currently Patrolling the Manchester system, however, it will likely be redeployed to Poole shortly. Any Questions and Feedback of the Old Gal' might be given here, if you're so inclined. Vessel Name: HMS-Thames Captains Name: Captain Reginald Stirling Executive Officers Name: Commander Marnie Dickens Ship Class: 'Adamant'- Class Battleship (Retrofit) Date Commissioned: 1/1/666 Affiliation: Bretonian Armed Forces History: The History of the HMS-Thames, despite it's age, is rather dreary and short. Commissioned during a time of relative plenty in the Crown's Coffers, and made to ease the worry of the Crown's Subjects with a relative swell of Unlawful Activity, the HMS-Thames was issued orders to safeguard mining Operations in the Dublin System. With an uneventful and Non-Illustrious Combat Record, the ship and Crew were rotated to several Systems, usually those deemed too unimportant to cause a full Battlegroup to be deployed. The Most Illustrious moment of the ship's 'life' Came during the Brief hostilities between Bretonia and Rheinland, when the ship was redeployed to the Omega-3 System, Where the ship's limited Secondary turrets shot down a total of four Rheinland fighters, on an incursion course behind Bretonian lines. With no true use being seen for the clearly ineffective Hulk, the Battleship was De-Commissioned and stripped for parts, left as a Monument, though some may say Indictment of the war. However, with Gallia's advance, and the call for new warships to be produced, the Thames was finally recalled. Re-Pressurized and retro-fitted with modern Armament, the old gal' was Re-Commissioned to Active Service and Deployed Finally to....Safeguarding Civilian activity in systems deeemed unworthy of having an entire Battlegroup deployed in. You've been great RE: HMS-Thames - Fish - 11-15-2016 Since im literally broke right now - trying to get core 5 is fun, i have ~30 mil right now, and i need it - i cant give you any moola but i can tell you i like this idea a lot and cant wait to see where it leads. If you can be bothered, make a stories and bios thread for it so we can follow its story <3 RE: HMS-Thames - Snoflek - 11-15-2016 I've gotten the Cash together, by scrapping a few ships. I intend to make a stories thread. Currently the outdated nature of the Thames is being represented by: Only Mounted an Advanced Deep Scanner, a Heavy Armor upgrade II, and by only mounting 11 of the Dunkirk's 14 Guns. Additionally, the Heavies may only be Cerberus Turrets, the Primaries standard Bretonian primaries, and, the Secondaries are only Basics rather than Bretonian guns, inferring their Retrofitted nature as the Thames is unable to mount the complete armaments of a Dunkirk..
