I'm using fraps and nividiainspector to cap mine but its jumping between 140 and 120 I had 1 person claim I was jittering what do you guys do to cap your fps?

but yeah I use DXTORY uh Lambda showed me how to do it, maybe he can give you details and a walkthrough
