Remember the Reapers much like the nomads, indoctrinate mostly people with higher status. While nomad infestation as we know it from SP is basically a nomad inside a human body. How people RP their nomad infected characters is really weird imo as the person wouldn't be the same at all. So yeah, indoctrination is harder to detect, since the infected humans in the freelancer universe would act differently more aggressively as the nomads want humans to destroy themselves while they chill in Omicron Iota with that sweet liquid cardamine of theirs.
