I have recently started a new character and i need a mercenary ID for it. The problem is that i don't know where i can get one as an unlawful.

As I know you can only get Merc at BH bases...So get BH bribe at Zoner bases...

I can't, i'm unlawful and i want to keep my rep.
The only way i can think of doing it is through cheating, buying the merc ID on another character and giving it to it. But i don't want to do that.
