Bretonian former racing champion Dexter Hovis is documented taking artifact from little known Creatan sand people for unknown client. That artifact was presumed lost, but when we traced it, it eluded our grasp with Mr. Hovis. In general, Council is furious with this outcome and i am afraid ready to pinpoint to whole Bretonia for this plot and make retaliatory measures.
Best i could do to object that disproportionate retaliation is, that Council gave me no more of 48 hours to investigate and eventually find some clues which will help us to find stolen jewel, and to avoid bigger conflict. If Bretonia officially made such diversion, all we can do is to prepare for worst. But if not i pledge your inteligence to investigate and send me whatever they can dig. Dont try to trick me or buy time by sending false data, it would only damage my prestige as friendly Cretans are scarcity these days, so will not help avoid conflict.
What you have to know, that artifact is called allah tear. Very rare finding. As that information by itself is, or at least considered internal and closed to open public, client is probably someone whos `hand` is long one. Deep mole, agent, even maybe some terrorist.
Secondly we have information that Dexter Hovis passed through omega 3, presumably taken shelter somwhere on Sprague, permanently or just as stop by, unknown to us. We have some clues about that, but i havent shared them due of confidency. There is a hint so i am sure you can investigate it by own.
IMG was informed separately as MR Hovis resided much of his time on BS Hood in Dublin, but they are not aware of seriousness of global situation. I put to them that they think this is one isolated minor inquiry for one criminal offender and nothing more. If you want to consult some intel from them, try to stay that way.
I done what i could, You are at the move to make some finding. If we fail, we can only pray to Santa Marta to have pitty on us.

Good evening
I apologize for the lateness of the reply, I have been speaking with my commanding officers about your message. I should like to point out before we begin that this area of affairs is not mine to delve into, nonetheless I have been allowed some insight to the matter of which you speak.
It would seem that Mr Hovis is indeed a frequent member of the IMG battleship hood, in Dublin. As to his recent movements in and out of Bretonia, I cannot give you a clear answer. All I know is that he did infect leave for a time, where he went and what he did however, I cannot say.
As for the artifact you speak of. I am unaware of the importance or the nature of this ''Allah tear'' Although I am sure I can find some information in the archives on it, unless of course you care to elaborate. Is it a threat to Bretonia? do you or the corsairs know where it came from or what it does? Such answers would be valuable, if I am to find a person in possession of such an artifact , I believe I should know what it is he seeks to use said artifact for.
My investigation has begun, should I uncover something related to this artifact I will inform you immediately.
Make no mistake father, even though Bretonia and the Corsairs do not see eye to eye on many things, a crime is a crime and justice must be delivered regardless of the victim or perpetrator.

Well, Mr. Steiner we havent heard for some time. As you are probably aware of Corsair raid on Sprague, it seems that bigger fishes than two of us got involved in search for that Hovis and missing artifact. I am sure you dont believe that this skirmish was some cattle stealing so to say. It is avant guarde of more serious troubles along in future. El Comandante Ladron is playing beat the bush with your Admiral at the moment, but causes are indicative. I would advise you that if you `find` that artifact or have it already in your possesion, return it to me I will show it to Brotherhood and Elders and we can put this conflict aside for moment. Will you study it, copy its designes, tech steal or somehow exploit i cant stop in any way, but when you do whatever you wish, return it to us. If not, more ships will come and conflict will draw among `regular` participants even more freelancing scavengers and chance takers on borders of Bretonia.
We dont need such, do we? Let more important people meanwhile decide the fate of many, as we few try to settle things in disrecion.

Greetings to you father.
Indeed I have heard of the corsair attack in Omega-3 and I find it strange how the Elders went to so much trouble to assault Bretonia. They ask for an Item of theirs yet attack not long after. I should let you know now that Bretonia does not respond well to threats, and neither do I. I gave you my word that I would try and help you in any way I could, veiled threats are not helpful or needed. I trust you understand that.
Regardless of the geopolitical situation that has unfolded before us, i still need you to answer the questions i sent in my previous transmission. I understand things are becoming desperate, I am beginning to feel the heat also. Thus we must work quickly, I am on my way to the Battleship Hood, while Mister Hovis may not be there, you did say he frequented the place, therefore someone will have the answers i seek.
But I cannot do this alone father, Talk to the council, to Corsair pilots, consult your own archives. We need answers.
