Admin Notice: Player Sent To Prison and sanctioned - Fellow Hoodlum - 12-23-2008

Joel_Solomon has been jailed for:

Quote:6.1 Every player must have an ID equipped on his or her ship. Players under level 40 might use Civilian IDs
(basic IDs sold on every station), characters who reach level 40 must choose an NPC faction to ally and get
the ID of this faction, or get a generic ID.

6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag
not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.

Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to
use Outcast ships and guns.

All reputations should be in accordance with the faction followed, all enemies must be red, at least during the
course of a player - player combat

For a start, you have a cruiser with a freelancer ID, that is not allowed. You have a mix of guns on there that
precludes you from docking most lawful bases, and half the unlawful ones ... We have a roleplay problem.

So you are in Bastille till you come here, and explain what you intend to do. 20 million credit fine for the ID
violation.

Admin Notice: Player Sent To Prison and sanctioned - Joel Solomom - 01-18-2009

20 mil fine for ID seems a bit steep. can i get a refund? Please?? I will need it to start my life over after my stretch in prison.

Released from purgatory now, and the ship will be checked later today to make sure it has been sorted out.
And the fine stays sir. Lucky the guns didn't evaporate as well.

why am i now a hostile to Liberty and some others. before i was jailed for freelancer id on a cruiser i was friendly to Liberty.... corsairs i was neutral, hessians was neutral, ect...now im a hostile. what happened here. i admint i was in error with freelancer id but this has ruined my character for no good reason. i wish a warning had been given before such harsh actions were taken ffor a relatively small error.

20 mill fine, ruined associations, basicly destroyed my whole experience here. Thanks alot.
