Modifying dacom file
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. I am posting here, because i am the one who helped Smuggler's.Dream to install his swag graphics pack
The steps for installing swag pack includes adding a line on the dacom.ini file as mentioned here.

As far as i know, the changes by swag pack are allowed and not against the server rules.
This is not an attempt to cheat and several players who installed swag pack have to do that step so the pack works correctly.
I hope to see this sanction removed and i am sure that Smuggler's.Dream will reply here as well.

Umm yea all i have installed are the Swag pack and the hudshift, not sure why it got banned

uninstalled, reinstalling. had no clue about the issues with Swag Pack but hopefully this can be fixed and also hope you unban the account
(oops it is the Hudshift i think that has you add a line to Dacom

Please don't post guides if you don't read them, the dll is already present and it doesn't need to be added again in dacom.
Update your guide and host the download files to another server that doesn't try to install extensions on your browser, failing to do so i'll remove your guide.

So will the account get unbanned since i reinstalled with no swag or hudshift? or should i just uninstall for good?

I've unbanned you, you can use swagpack just don't follow the instructions in xenos tutorial/guide
What you need to do is just copy the files and if you need to edit the hudshift you can find it in EXE\HudShift.ini but its not required in most cases as it will adjust automatically based on your set resolution.

Ok thanks, i think the first time i followed the instructions on his page and it crashed my game. Second time i tried Hudshift i did not add to the dacom file and it worked fine till i got the ban.
