Corporate Salaries System Update
At BMF, we deeply appreciate the dedication and hard work our pilots put into securing Bretonia's future. In recognition of this commitment, we are introducing a new wage structure that rewards pilots based on the total flight hours accumulated across all their vessels.
After careful deliberation by the BMF Board, we have decided to enhance the compensation of our pilots. We believe that, in addition to the profits our pilots already earn, they deserve to be more fairly valued. Without their tireless efforts and contributions, BMF's success would not be possible.
Therefore a progressive salary that values comitment and assures progress is the best offer we can make to such dedicated pilots.
Wage Structure – Earn More As You Fly!

Your wages increase progressively based on the hours you work. The longer you operate, the higher your earnings per hour.
✨Every 8 hours, your hourly wage increases by 10,000 Sirius credits starting at 25,000 Sirius credits.
This system ensures that our most dedicated pilots are rewarded for their time and contributions to BMF’s growth and operations.
How Flight Time is Counted

✨ All hours flown across all your ships count towards your total.
✨ Shared ship usage is also included, but proof is required.
✨ Half Hours are rounded up or down wichever is closer to.
Wage Collection Process

✅ Track Your Hours – Your flight time across all ships contributes to your earnings.
✅ A Guncam of the shared ship’s flight time when you start and finish using it.
✅ Receive Payment – Wages will be processed based on confirmed hours.

Failure to provide accurate Guncamshots for shared ships may result in uncounted hours.

- Pilot Name:
- Ship 1 Name - Flight time
- Ship 2 Name - Flight time
- Shared 1 Name - Guncam Link Start/ Finish = Flight time
- Shared 2 Name - Guncam Link Start/ Finish = Flight time
- Total flight time = xx:xx
