Good day, before i begin i would like to extend my humble graces to Her Majesty the Queen.

Now on to business...

We are allies are we not? Have we not come to the aid of Bretonia when the Gallic Royal Navy invaded your house? We have bled along side you, and endured hardships together. We have worked diligently to rid Bretonia of the Gauls and while its a slow process we are still making progress. Its through our combines "Friendly" attitude towards each other that allow us to be great friends, and powerful foes against our enemies. I understand that sometimes even the greatest of friends can have small issues from time to time... Sadly it seems this is one of those times. It seems the one who is in charge of a bretonian Dunkirk called the Gaia seems to think Bretonia is better off without Liberty. Even in the midst of an impending attack. allow me to show you what i speak of.

Your men are ungrateful bastards, Calling me an Order Terrorist, attacking the LSF Agent then the Cultist showed up and all of a sudden the current Bretonian fleet that was present suddenly wanted us to aid them... Quick to insult and quick to ask for help... My escort was attacked and i was treated like trash even tho i have permission. As Commodore of the 5th Fleet i request that the one who commanded the Dunkirk Class Vessel Named Gaia apologize for its action. We came to Bretonia to help you and being confronted with this disrespect is not something Allies do to each other.

Commodore,

Thank you for contacting us. I'd be glad to go through this with you. Whilst elements of what went down, according to the logs you have provided, could have been handled better, and they would have had I been there personally, I commend Captain McKinley for his actions, as he has acted to the letter of the law this day.

Let us first focus on the LSF agent present. I'm afraid Bretonian law does not allow entrance for the LSF, only the Expeditionary Force of the Liberty Navy. This is the way the agreement was signed by my predecessors. If any change is required, LSF directorate is more than welcome to contact me, and by extension the War Cabinet, as they well know. Captain McKinley was right to order the agent out of Bretonia, if only until they acquire proper permission.

Secondly Commodore, this is Bretonia. We are ever grateful for the assistance that Liberty has provided, and I have not been able to stress that enough in my meetings with Libertonian Admiralty, however this does not place you above the law, nor the orders of senior officers in the Bretonian Armed Forces. With all due respect, you are a guest. Please remember that.

A small point to note, "Captain" is an honourific given to the commanding officer of a larger vessel, or any vessel with a crew. Could you elaborate why you felt the need to reiterate your rank multiple times?

Finally, the ships belonging to the expeditionary force are indeed allowed to assist within Bretonia, however these vessels should only be deploying to assist Bretonian forces. If the ranking officer orders them away, then they do not require the vessels firepower as support. Remaining past this order is indeed a breach of Bretonian law, contrary to your insistence that the L.N.S. Iowa is allowed to remain.

The men and women that serve under my leadership are not ungrateful, they just expect that our allies will respect the letter of the law, not argue it at every avenue. Your rapport with Admiral Wildcat speaks in your favour, but today we have agreed to rescind your permission to freely operate within Bretonian space. You will find that, like the expeditionary fleet, you may operate only at the discretion of the ranking officer, except with fighter craft of course.

I will be filing a report with your Commanding Officer based on your behaviour.

On behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, and Her People in the Realm of Bretonia,

Michelle O'Brian, Admiral of the Fleet
First Sea Lord
Bretonian Command

Do what you must, Bretonia has grown indeed very ungrateful, all tho you seem to think otherwise. Concerning the LSF i will apologize as i did not know you had laws in place to not allow them to aid Bretonia. The Agent merely offered his assistance to me and i not knowing Bretonia would have an issue with more fire power at her side accepted his offer.

As for you rescinding my access to Bretonia i feel it was for the best, i undoubtedly will not be returning to aid bretonia with future endeavors. I wont tolerate being called an "Order Terrorist". You speak highly of your men and you have right to do so, they are indeed good men. But even good men make mistakes and it seems you fail to see that.

As for the LSF breaking your laws for being with me i do apologize, but do remember this. There will come a time when you will need more support, the LSF can provide that support as they support Liberty now. I have never had an issue with the Agency 404. You should give them a chance...

I do wish Bretonia the best in all her future endeavors, we shall not be seeing each other again. Farewell Admiral.
