Okay, I was a little vague. My apologies.
As of 4.80, Minor was available to be caimed cause there were only two bases in the system, both Order. as of 4.80 Order was a tag you could gain.
As Igiss said, in 4.81, the modifiers will work (I don't know how I got Order tags to begin with, as I didn't edit my Bs| characters LOL) but yeah, the system became claimable when Order become an active reputation.

I'm really not worried, if what virus said, when he tested the train disrupter, is true then theres nothing to worry about.
I know there are lots of other routes that earn quite alot, but the passangers to fp11 and vip - organisms routes are the best and most commonly used.
I'm just saying that I hope both systems are never shut to non BS/AW members or blockaded thats all.

i'll hate it if its was blocked off to stop the passenger route
