Curious about this, as I'd very much like to get in touch with Orbital Spa & Cruise to discuss a possible business relationship between them and Mason & Spencer. As my proposal would very likely include a cash transaction, I'd need to get in touch with some actual OSC players, not simply the NPC faction in abstract. Is there a player base for this company? If so, is there a board or a CEO? Who might these people be?
Be much appreciated if I could be enlightened here, as I've never seen much of OSC around beyond the occasional independent Lux Liner, and it'd be fairly important to us to learn. Thankee.

i believe there used to be one which crumbled somewhere then another arisen but since then i havent seen any ships or pilots bearing the tag so im going to guess and say there isnt one

I see a couple OSC characters around now and then, and there is (was?) this: http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=25790 (PanGalactic Travel) but I don't know how active they are. My trader is OSC ID'ed and tagged, but not part of any larger group.
Other than that, I'm not aware of any at this time.
