Can I ask what did they re-engaged? Because I very doubt that they did it. Few of them is new here, we talking about server rulers very often..
About not English words in system chat. Maybe it was wrongly channeled?

I can back this sanction up, they attacked me without a word. Also, I know they were pirating. I will ASSUME that the cruiser there was not taking part in that, since that is not legal.

If you see more then one enemy, all of them must say "Engaging", when they engage you at same time???
