There's a reason why they don't have 360 degree CD. Not everyone likes to be ganked by bunch of Li- oh wait, flood.

I think it would be awesome if you could mount *any* turret up to the rated turret for that slot on GB's, Cruisers, BC's and Battleships.
Of course penalties would apply for mounting non-(insert faction) turrets on said ships, but it would still be awesome, if a little useless in some cases.
