Denied.
We need NPCs to have indies, and everything with the official factions happen because of indies. Without official factions, we don't have story devs. Without devs, we dont have Discovery.
Therefore, without NPCs, we don't have Discovery.

For many years I've been indie, but now I'm trying to attend an Official Faction. Years.... Because of NPCs.. Official roleplaying factions, and interactions between other players ultimately supporting the skeleton of Discovery itself.
