Greetings LPI chief.

My name is Tia Stormclaw, leader of The Blackguard and I think you know what am I contacting you about.

Not too long ago, I was on my libertonian [BG]-Storm.I vessel and I was hunting for the navy when. After all the fight and all that, a Unioner cruiser appeared which I have mistaken for a transport (since they all have those Rheinland names) and a certain officer decided to directly disrespect me and tell me to shut up. Of course, since I don't like being disrespected, I responded with the same amount of respect that was shown to me. At that point, the officer fined me 2,000,000 credits for "insulting a police officer". I read the law Chief and I see nothing about throwing back an insult to an officer that has disrespected me for a mistake.

This officer's name is Viviana.D'Zelra and a bit later, came another officer Carlos Lopez who told ME to stop. As I could not, I was engaged by him too. That is all there is. I am sending the logs below so you can see what has happened.

I was not aware that it was you who was hunted down there, I arrived too late at the scene to see what was happening and later on wasn't informed by both of them.
I understand what you mean. I wouldn't have reacted in any other way if I was in your situation. An Officer of law should show respect at every given time when they talk to a civilian. And let's be honest, a simple "Shut up, police girl." is not even an insult or a way of disrespecting.

It's almost amusing to see that miss Viviana apparently has a way too thin skin for her job. She should be used to much worse wording towards her. Anyway I apologize for the actions taken by Officer Lopez. I assume he only saw the gunfire and decided to try to put an end to this. Considering the fact that miss Viviana is pretty easily to get triggered she didn't cease fire, hai? I see Lopez' demands to stand down going for both, you and her and not only for you yet he engaged only your vessel and left Viviana without any consequences, hm.

I didn't even start with the fine of two million credits. The maximum to charge a civilian for a real insult would be around 500.000 credits. 2 Million for a simple "Shut up, police girl." can only be seen as abuse of her position as an Officer of law. I will contact her soonish and if she isn't going to understand that with me as Chief corruption in Liberty has bad cards.. well we will see.

Hopefully you weren't injured during all this, I heard enough about the Blackguard to know that they served Liberty quite well so far.

You sure are nice. I have noticed several things that the woman whined about. Friendly fire. This happens in every fight so there is no reason for her to cry about it. Even I get hit by a friendly mine and I don't complain. You have the rest of the story there.
