Can anyone confirm about what I've read that Jump drives can be acquired only in combat loot? If not, is it available somewhere for sale? Thanks.

Jump Drive can only be made in Player Owned Bases , owners then sell them to players for 300-600 M , for example , you can buy it from this player :

There is no Jump Drive loot .
