Hey, is it okay if can i have The Wild ID & have my faction changed to Wild (Das Wilde)?

The Wild ID/IFF is meant for the official Das Wilde/Aoi Iseijin faction. You have to be invited in order to join up. Usually through interaction with the faction ingame and showing good role-play.

The ID and faction you are talking about are essentially a terrorist ID (able to engage -anything-) in any system in the game. Needless to say, it is restricted. You will need to apply for it by joining the respective faction.
