Player Sanctioned: HMS-Richmond and Comet_44

HMS-Richmond and Comet_44 has been sanctioned for:

Consequences: As your gunners were not ready you had some blowback, some weapons need replacing.

People appreciate a little more. (As Comet has been renamed it is the new name that has suffered.)
