Admin Notice: Player Fined - Reverend Del - 01-11-2009
Spirit.Prometheus has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 11/01/2009 for:
Quote:6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy
Consequences: Fined all credits and guns, notifications in hold
Notes: Shooting without warning isn't allowed, even the unarmed ship you shot doesn't get that privilege. Given you have a PIRATE ID a demand is required.
