Good evening to you all.
Due to unusual circumstances, I am bringing this report to you all directly as I believe it to be more important than the standard criminal investigations that we usually deal with. Given that this report also involves an active member of the Bretonian Armed Forces, I have patched them in for good measure.
Yesterday, August 16, 824 A.S., 19:45 ST on Planet New London a few streets down from her apartment, Captain Nicole Elizabeth Brennan was found by a member of the public, unconscious in an alleyway. Given the state she was found in, it is apparent that she was asaulted and has suffered two gunshot wounds, one stab wound and multiple bruises. The perpetrator(s) of this attack remain unknown and at large.
Due to a significant head trauma, blood loss, and other critical injuries, Captain Brennan is currently on life support at St. James infirmary. While efforts in treating her stab and gunshot wounds have yielded positive results the head trauma has left Captain Brennan in a coma. The search for Captain Brennan's aggressors will proceed with haste and her next of kin have been informed.
