Greetings and salutations. Carmichael's the name, Amy Carmichael. You may remember my cousin Phil, he frequented the bars on Buffalo and Mactan, I believe. Knew the names of all your bouncers off by heart, he did... Anyway, I'm the new Director of Liberty Operations for the Junkers Congress, and so I figured I'd get an early start on building diplomatic relations with the Hackers and Rogues.
If you have any problems, questions you need to ask of the Congress, I'm your go-to girl, so don't hesitate to ask, and of course Rochester and Beaumont are always open to yourselves or any of your people who need a place to lay low if they're cut off from home. I'd be happy to meet with either of you whenever necessary if there's anything that needs to be discussed face to face.
