Why are there nomad NPC cruisers one-shotting traders at the omega 3 - omega 7 gate?
Is that part of some event?

Space tends to be dangerous.
Though it seems as someone pulled them to the gate while running away, since they were placed between Aland and the gate. Oh well.

I'm asking because it felt like someone was using admin powers to have fun blowing people up.

Also interesting to know that admins can edit posts without the post showing up as edited.

Or provide a task for the players to encounter and get rid of, though you are free to interpret it as you see fit.
The encounter is around 60mil worth of credits to obtain + the nomad remains. Go bump some chats and clear the lanes.
