i just started to play it again, heard it got back its community a little after it dwindled away for a while, but really, if you are easily pissed off it is not the kind of game you wanna play... its kinda rutheless
you literally get thiefs stealing suger out your tea (literally you can pickpocket players)
EDIT: il be honest actually if you get pissed off easily PLEASE play shadowbane go there get your ass kicked left and right have a good few hours worth of work stolen from you then come back here and get killed by a missile spammer, and you will eventually realise..... disco is paradise.

Yeah well, this game surely is NOT newbie friendly, when you are new, naive and serching for help, you just prolly get killed, stealed from or something similar.:D

to my knowledge there is no free trial, i got my download from
gamershell.com
its free to play now since its pretty old
and yes you will look at this game and puke because of the graphics but its not that, that makes this game great
you can level a max level char in 2-3 days with a power level and you can get some awsome pvp out of it

EDIT: All registered for free. Turns out it's all free it seems, got the oblivion addon etc with it too in the download. The game does look good from what I'm reading, just patching atm.

The free trial is actually the full game, you just need to register accound and get a subscription (For 0 USD) on ubisoft. And you start on Noob isle, where noone can kill you, so no worries, but when you get out of that isle, be suspicious about everyone, cause everyone is potential enemy:D

Speaking of registration, it seems I registed on Ubisoft with a new account, got the free subscription for the game but when I try to log in through the game, it says it's invalid. All things are being entered correctly.
