We have received and confirmed intelligence from multiple sources that the threat of noncompliant elements, incl. the Alster Union, et al., is increasing at a rapid rate within and around the system of BERING. Given the rapidly escalating situation within the system, all unassigned TACOPS forces and DHS units assigned to the systems of TEXAS, NEW HAMPSHIRE, VIRGINIA, BERING, and HUDSON are to recall to LSF SOUTHCOM on Planet Houston within the next 48 hours.
Effective immediately, TASK FORCE DAGGER is to be established under the supervisory command of Department Chief Anoke and under direct field command of Senior Agent 'Tracer'. TF DAGGER is to consist of the heavy assets Highlands, North Bay, Willow Grove, and Saratoga Springs, and is to be augmented by the Fidelity and her attendant support craft. TF DAGGER's principal objective is the defense of DAGGER COMPLEX and secondarily, the pacification of hostile elements within the PUERTO RICO system.
Effective immediately, TASK GROUP MERCURY and TASK GROUP ONYX are to reform under operational command of TASK FORCE VANGUARD, to be established under the supervisory command of Department Chief Eisenhower and under direct field command of Senior Agent 'Veto'. TF VANGUARD is to consist of the support assets Fort Custer, Coco Solo, Grosse Ile, and Concord, and is to be augmented by the Freedom and her attendant support craft. TF VANGUARD's principal objective is the defense of the BERING CORRIDOR, and preventing wayward civilian traffic from entering the BERING system. Given the inability for the Zoners to police their own stations, TF VANGUARD is charged with maintaining the route between BERING and TEXAS until plans can be finalized for a rushed San Diego-type border installation.
We anticipate that the Liberty Government will hand down a blockade order on the system of BERING by week's end. By that time, I expect TF VANGUARD and TF DAGGER to be fully combat-operational and conducting their orders. The Navy has been doing their job on the Gallic front, now it's time to do ours at home.
