Not so long ago I discovered a smuggler under the name The.Illum. He carried slaves. Where - I do not know, but I managed to catch him in Badladns, when he run from me. He agreed to fly to the planet Manhattan to free the slaves there. However, when he dock at planet-clamping, I lost contact with him. Please take action.
Michael Blackburn Class of ship: Pilgrim. Indetification: Junkers. Transported: 4708 slaves. I could get some photo evidence, but I think that you will have enough talks (because I simply forgot about the scan of the compartment). P.S: If there was a real permission from Admiral Sader to transport slaves on an uncomfortable ship for people, and even running away from an officer who wants to release them, then please give me his request. 6th Liberty Navy Fleet Blackburn out. RE: To: Liberty Police Inc. <|> From: 6th Liberty Navy Fleet - mayu20 - 11-17-2017 ![]() ![]() To: Michael Blackburn, Admiral of 6th fleet Subj: Smugglers in Liberty space Greetings, admiral. I must say, I feel honored. Its not every day that such a high ranking member of the Navy contact us. Usually we deal with a secretary or a ensign, but a Admiral? This must be important. But back to the matter at hand. I am a detective with the Liberty Police, it so happens that I have a ongoing investigation centered around illegal substances in Liberty space. In recent months, high amount of drugs and other illicit goods made their way into the market in greater number than we've had before. I will look into this ship called The.Dealer. I'll run his ship through our database and see what will come up. Maybe we have the identity of the pilot on record. This might not be his first smuggling attempt. If he has a criminal record, I will find it and an arrest warrant will be issued on his name. It might take some time to gather the evidences required but he will be dealt with. As for the ship called The.Illium, I'm afraid there are not enough evidence to take any action. As you can probably know, audio files are not enough, as they can be tempered with. Scanner records backed by audio logs are the most important evidence in a case. For all I know, that captain could had refugees on board of his ship and your scanner had a malfunction, or one of your officers didn't used the scanner properly leading to inconsistent scans, that might had showed faulty data. Make sure your scanner is calibrated and that the officer that is handling it has the proper training. As of right now, all I could do is keep an eye for this ship, but I have no grounds for a search warrant or any legal action. Thank you for your service and for contacting Liberty Police Incorporated. For further evidences, please contact your nearest precinct as it can help our detectives in their investigations. Signed, Detective Sarah Walker, New York Precinct. I had business, so I had to be distracted briefly. Well, I think you will understand me.
Michael Blackburn About Illium - you can forget about him. I did not notice him with smuggling when I found him the next day. As for the dealer - I have not seen this person for a long time. Maybe I'm not at that time in space, or maybe he himself has understood his mistakes ... Or maybe you just banned him flying in Liberty. If there is something about him - please inform me. In addition, I would like to discuss with you the idea of raids and attacks on pirate objects. We are now in the status of war with Gaul and the troops do not need interference in the form of pirates or separatists. If you can not talk to me about such topics, then let it be discussed with one who can. Well, like, everything. 6th Liberty Navy Fleet Blackburn out. End of transmission!

RE: To: Liberty Police Inc. <|> From: 6th Liberty Navy Fleet - mayu20 - 12-04-2017 ![]() ![]() To: Michael Blackburn, Admiral of 6th fleet Subj: Raids and attacks on pirate objects Greetings, admiral. You seem to be pretty keep on hunting down criminal elements yet just a couple of days ago, you were willing to let a Outcast ship leave. You interfered with my attempt to arrest him, giving him enough time to make a run for Rochester and crash land on the base, giving him enough time to hide and making it impossible for me to arrest him, and to conduct a interrogation that might had revealed information on smuggling lanes or hidden bases of operation. I must say, I am not satisfied with the way you act around known criminal elements. You decided to interfere with a official police business, inside New York system, a system under Police jurisdiction. Raids on known criminal bases at this time, is a really bad idea to say the least. It is a bad idea from both tactical and strategical view. We have a fleet trying to invade California system, I suggest you try to stop that. Right now your focus should be on the Gaul invaders, the Police and the Liberty Security Force can handle the outcasts, rogues or the lane hackers that try their luck from time to time. I think the Navy has its hands full right now with the separatists of Harmony, Gaul invaders and the Hellfire Legion. I advice against such actions, as it might interfere with on going investigations, undercover operations or plain and simple, stepping on each others tows, like you did not long ago. Just in case you do not recall the incident, I will attache the audio file to that encounter, maybe it will refresh your memory. Thank you for your service and for contacting Liberty Police Incorporated. For further questions, please contact your nearest precinct. Signed, Detective Sarah Walker, Vice unit, New York Precinct. For this, accept my homage.
Michael Blackburn Secondly, you noticed a mote in me, but you do not notice the logs in yourself. I explain: the pirate somehow left NOT through my fault. I was just wasting time. Run to the station about started only when you opened fire. I think if you ordered him to move to Fort Bush, the plot would be the same. And so we could calmly interrogate him in exchange for his free flight to the border worlds. And we would not question him directly there, but in the place where it will be difficult for him to escape. In Colorado, for example. There he would if he ran somewhere, for a very long time. And you would have had time to hit. Third, you are the police, not us. The police should do the order. The same fiery legion or any separatists that concern us are violators of order, and not a separate state, like Gaul. Gallia, Legion and Harmony - they concern you, because they are already in the territory of Liberty. And us, too, of course. That's why I offer my help. I do not want Liberty to repeat the fate of the Kusari, who choke on their own blood. Fourthly, my father once said: "If you began to get sick, do not wait for the consequences, but cut the disease in the bud." I'll translate into your language: "If your people began to die in battles, you most make every effort to ensure that this does not happen again in the future with your other people." Yes, and fifth: for the delay in the answer, sorry. There were cases. I have everything, thank you for listening. I hope you got what I meant. 6th Liberty Navy Fleet Blackburn out.
