Greetings esteemed friend Pepe "El Commisario" Ladron

I wish the reason of this message would be of better circumstances.

As you know already, Port Carthage has been built with the support of OSI.

OSI only accepted to support this endeavor if the Port would only serve as a place to trade Iridium Ore and Azurite Gaz between miners and merchants.

With this said, you can guess there are OSI personnel on board Port Carthage, especially miners from our recent mining branch, this are hard working people who don't have nothing to do with this situation.

I ask you to cancel this attack, i'm sure we can reach an understanding.

Also i feel obligated to remind you that Port Carthage is very close to Freeport 11, being very probable a misfire hit FP11 and kill thousands of civilians.
