The portrait is from Deviantart, a cropped full-person picture, the colorful stuff was photoshopped in. Which makes the fact that all of you saying #1 even more annoying.. -.-

Size the pic down before putting it as your avatar, the auto size down turns the image choppy.
Anyways, I'ma break the mold and say #2. The added stuff might not be the best, but it's pretty cool, methinks.
