To whom It may concern,

While I was moving refugees from Freeport 11 to Gran Canaria (during our recent Delta crisis), one of them asked me if I was with "The Seraphim'.

I must admit, I did not have a lot of information about your organization. Nevertheless, when I asked around, I was told that you were one of the key factors that helped to rebuild Freeport 11.

Several years ago, I started a small organization that was aimed at helping orphans from the Outer Rim. Recently we have started to expand our operations and go Sirius wide.

All the data about the Omicron Orphan Initiative has been sent to your neural network account.

Please, let me know how The Seraphim could help in your effort. We can haul essential supplies for your settlement, provide medical assistance, we can transport people on our liner ship, Meridian. One of our transport ships is stationed in Omega-49, so we can react quickly. Just let me know what we could do for you.
