It's good to see you. Honya indeed told me you saw her in New York the other day. Her and Pale Bride were busy hauling Helium and Deuterium to and from Omega-49 and Pennsylvania, I have a contact of mine that has some strange addiction to Helium, as well as dropping off deuterium to Harrisburg to make some money to pay for a new capital ship other than the Rathgrith, a Fearless-class Destroyer. The ship in question, the ZDV Dragostea, is laying in wait at Livadia to be fitted for Heavy Mortars and bulkhead reinforcing armor to be installed.

Unfortunately according to Jerard Voncloud, joint head of the CoF and Administrator of Livadia Shipyard, Livadia is swamped with orders for repairs, refits and constructions, As it looks, it'd be infeasible for Livadia to work on the Amenhotep at this time. I think it would be best to open a communication betwixt you, me and Keeper Leviathan regarding finding a alternative or convincing Jerard to permit the Amenhotep into one of the dry docks.
