Greetings Eh Comrade? Sorry.. um not really sure how to start this *scratches his head*

Alright, well, My name is Rick Tiltman, the newly declared Arbiter of the Junker's Congress. I believe you would know about the whole Liberty Rheinland war thing. Yeah, left a mighty mess in Bering, seems that mess is coalescing into something marginally different then your run of the mill premium scrap this is what some of our scouts have to say about it:

Junker Congress Salvage Scout report #956 Subj: 'Military Salvage' Wrote:"MILITARY SALVAGE"

This stuff appears to be fairly decent chunks of Rheinland and Liberty war ship wreckage. some of the internal components are still intact. This stuff won't be able to be run on the front for sure, gonna have to tag this under "Smelted Utilizing General Guidelines for Logistical Enterprises".

So, this stuff seemed like it might be something you, an entity in Sirius with little to no love for either Rheinland or Liberty's Military's privacy, would want to get your hands on and to be frank, I honestly cannot stand either my self. So anything that keeps them off my back when I am bringing some Blood Diamonds out of Rheinland or some Counterfeit Software from Liberty over to the Farmers of Stuttgart is fine by me.

Also, last time I was there I had some of the best Vodka in Sirius, you guys still producing it? Also, is there any new goods you guys need moved? Haven't been down there in a while. Might need to make it a point some time soon.

Rick Tiltman,
Arbiter

===INCOMING MESSAGE===

From: Premier Mehmed Selim.
Security Encryption: HIGH
Message transmitted to Junker Congress Arbiter Rick Tiltman.

Privyet.

Bill is no longer in charge of the Junker's Congress? That's a true shame, he was one of the few Liberty men whose position did not warrant immediate destruction at the hands of the People's revolutionary military forces. Hopefully you prove as skilled a negotiator as he was, as I understand it your sorts of business come under a lot of scrutiny.

We know well enough about the struggle that Liberty and Rheinland had some time ago. I see you at least somewhat share our opinion that the capitalistic Houses should be shooting one another a bit more.

Normally I would not say the People's Republic has too much value for scrap resources. Our self-sufficient policies and access to planet-based materials means we have more than enough materials at current rates to maintain our forces adequately. Circumstances may change though, and we may have need of easily acquirable parts. The main value I see in this new sort of debris you're finding is technical value. Having more samples of recent Liberty and Rheinland weaponry allows the Revolution to adapt and calibrate its own weaponry against House standards as well as develop more specialty projects. To put it in a straightforward sense our research and development corps can find "quirks" in the Houses' technology they would never know existed, our techs have a bit of a passion for pushing test pieces to brutal levels.

We need to see if these salvage pieces are viable for any sort of utility before we begin acquiring them in bulk however. Secure a transport's load of them and deliver them to Mykolaiv. You will be adequately compensated in Sirian Credits when the salvage has arrived, and should it prove useful in our efforts.

The Premier seems to sarcastically laugh before continuing.
Of course I get ahead of myself, and now I'll address your primary concern. The People's finest beverage is still being produced and is guaranteed to outperform all House Beverages both in flavor and ability to intoxicate an individual. Volgograd Ordnance is still available for the Congress to export as well. If we have need of particular resources that require procurement through House Markets we may call upon your services to make these acquisitions.

For the Motherland, for the Revolution.

Premier Selim out.
