[AeG]Andre.Escort, [AeG]Giuse.Escort have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 24/01/2009 for:
Quote:5.4 Intentional ramming of capital ships (gunboat-class or larger) by fighters and other capital ships is not allowed in PvP combat, as well as in any other situations.
Consequences: Fined all credits armour and guns.
Notes: From the screens it's pretty clear as to your tactics. Ramming capital ships is not allowed, even if you're doing it with another capital ship.
Also please read your bounties properly the two corsairs you killed in your battlecruisers yesterda were in fighters and therefore you were not eligible to claim it in those ships. This time it will be labelled as incorrectly reading the bounty, next time it will be classed as PvP abuse. Clear?

Dirty tactics? We have never read that one in rules.
Andre.escort was moving: when we fight we move, but we don't ramming.

The thing which I found -really- funny about the screenshots for this, is it actualy has the rule printed on the banners that flash up on screen.
The fact you're breaking the rule you could have read on screen while you're breaking it, makes it rather clearly intentional. The rules are there for you to read... so read them.

I do not think they realize what sitting at zero distance does while moving even slightly let me explain.
1. You are constantly grazing the shields especially if you are moving causing the ship to vibrate like
a earth quake effect making it impossible to target any ship.
2. When i asked you about this just 2 days prior to this incident and i warned you that it was Intentional Ramming You so Replied " We use what ever tactics we can to win you need to go read the rules it's not ramming"
3. I have watched you do it to several other ships a Huntress in Particular u like to attack and i'm not naming any ship in particular. You cant have you Pie and eat it as well. You have gotten your just deserts i hope it taste good.
