Three ancient and respected clans, the Shunami, the Obyoto and the Uminato have been fighting for the Kusari Throne for a few generations. With ways of sabotage, betrayal and different other dirty tricks, each of the clans’ goal was to establish their own position as Imperial. The clans couldn’t really find e peace, as soon as one of the clans was heading up to the lead, the others clans were allied to make take the third out. And the whole triangle has been circulating for many years. When the Nomad War began, the whole situation in Sirius was unstable. When the Nomad War reached Kusari, and Kusari politics were influenced by the Nomad infection, all three clans decided to settle their old offenses, pain and the lust for single power and combined forces in an organization named The Koa. The heads, formed the High Council. The Koa have been looking for people within Kusari who can do operations without any kind of moral restriction and follow any order. People who were ready to kill their own mother and sister. The first operation of the Koa was cleansing of the three head clans. Shunami, Obyoto and Uminato were as any other politician clans affected by the infection. The operation been codenamed “Clear Sky”. 801 A.S the Koa have taken participation in the Berlin’s brawl for Humanity against the Rheinland Fleet which was fully controlled by das Wilde. After the Nomad War finally was over, the Koa was reformed into one of the main Kempeitai organizations.


With the beginning of the Tau-war and the conflicts with Bretonia, the Koa were operating in the the main core systems: New London, Ile-de-France and the remote borders: Cambridge, Orleanais and Lorraine. They have been conducting combat operations on the traders, chased them.. Tried to sabotage the military missions. As well as the Recon they were doing pretty well. When Gallia made their final spurt and closed the transit from Bretonia to Kusari by taking the Tau sector, the remnants of the Koa lost the communication with the Center and the High Council.

When the upheaval happened in Kusari, the Obyoto and Uminato clans injected into the Republic and took some of the posts there, as for the Shunami clan, they been part of the Emperor Fleet and sticked with the Exiled Imperial Navy, they have been exiled from the Koa and renamed into Golden Dragons. When the republic began establishing the relationship with the Kingdom of Gallia, the Koa head clans Uminato and Obyoto have criticized the actions of Government, and plans of the Koa to make the Republic assist Bretonia and the Emperor against Gallia to occupy the Taus has been failed.

During the Civil war, Shunami got in touch with the Uminato and Obyoto clans and made a secret meeting of the High Council. The Koa was formed and merged again, the Golden Dragons were formed as Imperial Squadron. The Koa have been working for both sides of the barricades, the Republic and Imperials. While working as bridge between two sides, they have been the main source of the lack of the information. The goal of the Koa operatives was the sabotage the missions and operations against each other. The situation within House of Kusari was getting worse and worst.

Nowadays, since the Imperials and Republicans have began establishing new kind of the government, the heads of three clans discussed the own plan of the Kusari rebuild, they are not about to support any of the sides, nor Emperor, nor the Republic, but to save the reputation they have decided to operate in secretly. Operatives are sabotaging outside of Kusari, their targets are different homelands of other organizations and Houses, by those operations, the Koa willing to reach destabilization of the current Kusari Government.

The Whisper squadron has been created after the Golden Dragons merged and the organization raised again. The Squadron specializate on the Nomads and Infested ships, technology and equipment. Their main goal within the Koa - the observation of the Nomads and movement of their forces, including the Tohoku situation. The commanding was selected by remnants of the Clear Sky operation. The Whisper Operatives recruiting only experienced agents into the Squadron.
