Renalds has been sanctioned for:

Quote:3.6 Attacking without Roleplay. Players must be given reasonable time to react to hostilities.
4.4 Every char must have only one type of ID equipped and they must play to that ID. Ship and equipment infocards which specify their use on a specific ID or specific ship must only be used on that ID or ship. In all other cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules except as described in 4.5
Consequences:
Seeing as you appear to be new, you will find your Ship in Bastille, until you post here assuring us that you have read and understood the Server Rules.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

Erm, this is not me, yesterday i was only on during the hours of about 12pm gmt to 3pm gmt, i was in Alberta system doing missions at fort mcmuray, i had no player interactions yesterday if there is anyway you can double check this any information on my account, any proof i can provide to clear this up? obviously i dont have any screenshot but you seem to have sent me my private chat where you can see in the chat i was doing missions. i'll paste a bit here

Do you have any tools you can use to see which systems my character was in that would clear this up immediately. Also it might be worth asking the accuser of what ship he was attacked in as my character has had a sycella rouge cruiser and has had it for awhile now at least 3 days. Could this be another player trying to "set me up" by any chance?

It appears that the Server had a bit of a hiccup and for some reason had you killing someone in Tau 23 whilst you were in Alberta.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Your Ship is back from where it started (hopefully)

Nice, i didn't do the crime but i still did the time. I'm surprised you acted on it based on the evidence given to be honest, either way it is what it is and yes the ship is back in the Alberta system.
