Best to take some time to review the lore your faction is based on, side there have been many changes on the kusari landscape.
see here for the most recent development on the House, and work from there.
Second, why the choice of a Dragon ID to perform an imperialist agenda? Why not a farmers?
Third, Consortium are long dead and gone, and a non factor.

Well first of all this faction should be active long time ago but real life problems we stuck, second we use Blood Dragons because it is realated with them yea i just saw we change it in our info page, and yea a lot of change in new version!!
