They assist the Police in combating criminal activity and in putting a halt to smuggling operations in and around the Republic. The 5th also maintains the role of assisting the 1st Fleet in fighting hostile houses, such as Gallia.

Reason(s) for Construction: Edwards Research Centre was built for mainly two reasons: to serve as logistical headquarter and to have a base of operations for the development and experimentation of new devices.

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen,
I transfer right now to the Liberty Navy 10th fleet, with said tranfer I was permitted by Admiral Cleveland to take the ownership of the base with me. With that the changes will be:
Owner's Name (and Organization's Name if applicable): Ethan Taylor, Liberty Navy10th Fleet
Owner's or organization's affiliation and a brief description of the owner's or the organization's activities: The 10th fleet will assure the home defense, within Liberty against our local pirates as well as against the Gauls in Cambridge. Plans to fight at the bretonian front are not made yet.
ERC will keep its purpose as main Research and Development base for the 10th Fleet.
No more changes will be made, more information about the 10th Fleet will follow right when they are available.

Due to failure to communicate with us for more than six months we are considering that your modular station is not complying with Liberty Laws, is abandoned or gone rogue. All cases leads to removing it from licensed modular station list and will be marked for deconstruction.
