unfortunately the only way to download the thing is through a torrent. the original Korean website no longer hosts it.
I've not tried the program yet, I'm a bit iffy with torrents but i thought I'd share it if anyone wants to try it.
it's in Korean but it apparently has instructions on how to change it to English...or whatever language you prefer.
i thought it may be handy for making Freelancer characters.

Played around with this a little bit and it has possibilites, although a bit cartoonish. You have to edit the regestry file to get it to some up in english. Was not all that hard and there are directions in the download. Wish it had more clothing choices though. Wich we had something akin to the character editor they have in Elder scrolls 4. That one was nice.

I have City Of Villans, but as soon as i found out you had to pay to play it, I literaly threw it out the window. I was glad at it cracking on the cement.:)
It looked fun, Cartoonish games are alright, just look at spore.
