It was indeed a pleasure to make your acquitance, and i am glad to see you haven't forgotten your small encounter with stubborn dragon that tends to be slightly flirty; speaking of the places of neutrality - it brings up the simplest and the most obvious options - Ames Research station or Freeport 6, both located in the vicinity of our Home Space.
The third option, however, could be the Freeport 11. Besides the fact it is located in Omicrons - it will be the place where an opportunity of stumbling into one of 'your' officers is minimal, which leads to the minimal risks for you in this endeavour.

I have a tendency to remember unique encounters I have with people, especially ones with girls who call me 'purple girl'.
