Greetings Director,
My name is James Parr, Director of ISE.
As you know, my organization is the trading arm of Crayter Republic, however due to numerous projects the Republic initiated we couldn't fulfill our part and so, the Government contacted you to haul material for several projects and they were very happy with your performance.
In the last quarter of the year, I had reviewed my Transport Fleet and we managed to observe a gap, a gap that needs to be filled.
The Republic extended and grown in the last years and in such, our transports and programs keeps us more at home then we like to.
Seeing this, I am coming to our friends in DSS again with a proposal, if they wish to hear it, a proposal that may benefit both organisations.

Greetings Director,
I am very pleased to see that your organisation is doing OK but you found yourself on dry land. However, this may cheer you up.
As you know, ISE is the main shipping company in the Crayterian Space. We take care of delivery of goods between our Colonies and Projects, we support the Fleet and the Citizens alike.
With the increased territorial space and also the increase of the Republic projects, our shipping lines are currently stretch thin and we can barely maintain our domestic transports in check, and we lack the power to import from the Houses the goods we require.
Nevertheless, I must fix this situation and I remember the work we done, and how you won my admiration.
So, my proposal is this. I am willing to sell to DSS 49% of the Company shares, making you part of the Shipping Company that Republic uses. You shall have access to our stations and deals, being the face of ISE outside the Republican space, giving you access to Atlas or Celestra ships, having the same rights and responsibilities as any Crayterian Resident as you need and your obligation would be to provide for the Republic needs, by completing certain tasks.
Do not have to worry about the internal shipping, as we will take care of that.
If you are interested, we can talk about the price for this transaction.

We can do great things together, the ISE and DSS. We will get the Republic up to new heights and our coffers will be full.

Greetings President,
As you know, the ISE is the main shipping company in the Republic, having huge potential and being the face of Crayter Republic out among the Nations of Sirius.
We will be giving a lot more to DSS then they can think but some main issues will be that DSS must cover the needs of the Republic and pay their taxes according to our Law.
Having to put in a bundle all the the offer of having access to our Atlas and Celestra Production lines, however, the selling or those ships are assigned to CDI, the trade deals that the Republic is having, the social platforms and programs that DSS employees can benefit, access to Republic bases and balanced that against you administrating the Company, expand it, increase the income of the company, assuring the needs of the Republic and give aid in any endeavor that will appear, I say that the first call for the price of this transaction shall be of 1.1 billion credits, paid in monthly installments.
This is negotiable, so I am awaiting your response.
