The Director of the ONS has permitted the Department-wide publishment of the following list of entities the Office of National Security considers dangerous for Liberty's wellbeing. All operatives are tasked to capture or eliminate the targets on sight. The confirmation of either case will result in a financial reward for the respective operative.

The danger level could not directly been estimated, however, the subject claims to have intel on several highly guarded areas and destroyed important cruise inhibitors.
