Our engineers for The Procedure* are going to need Nightmare Torpedoes shot at a certain object. Now, normally, we'd flag down one of Blackburn's boys, or Blackburn himself for that sort of thing, but this requires a more... scientific touch.
Before you worry about us wanting you to use the Goddess Shizuha as a warship, relax. Far from it.
What we want is Nightmare Torpedoes with a portion of their primary warhead "salted" with Fluorocarbons. Our projections assure us they will produce "pretty lights", as well as heat up the polar caps enough to thicken the atmosphere sufficiently to bear life, for the time being. Everything else is exclusively a League problem.
If this sounds interesting, please submit an estimate as to how long it would take and how much it would cost.

This proposal is interesting to say the least. The Goddess Shizuha is more then capable of that. I presume the object needing to be fired on is a planetoid of some sort seen you mentioned polar. We have no schedule of fees for something like this. Do you know how many devices will need to be fired and the rate of fire needed for them to be effective. The Shizuha has a fire rate if one torpedoe every 30 sec between alternate tubes. We will need a range of 4.5 k from the planet cleared of any traffic or life forms .
